Developed by Titanic Quarter, Citi's Gateway Office building provides a focal point at the entrance to Titanic Quarter and is one of Europe's greenest and most efficient buildings, receiving a Gold "LEED" certification for its advanced design features.
The building comprises three linked blocks grouped around a landscaped central courtyard and over a dedicated semi-basement car park.
The key junctions of the three blocks are enclosed with dramatic full height atria spaces which provide smooth links between the various floors and blocks, animating the building to both the outside and inside spaces by use of glazed structural glass elevations.
External elevations comprise a palette of Portugese White Limestone combined with powder coated curtain walling. The courtyard elevations include red-facing brick along with open expanses of full height curtain walling incorporating timber panelling.
