In just over a decade much has been achieved – Titanic Quarter has gone from a master plan to reality as a thriving and bustling destination.

Over £640 million has already been invested. Some 20,000 people live, work, visit and stay in Titanic Quarter daily, which is now attracting over 3.6 million visitors every year. It is home to major TV and film productions, cutting edge research and development, the world’s largest Titanic visitor attraction and one of Belfast’s most desirable residential waterfront developments. But this is just the beginning...

Titanic Quarter is a 30+ year project with planning approved for a further 4,000,000 sq ft, with the focus on developing additional residential, commercial, office, media and tourism projects.

By 2035 our aim is to have delivered…

  • 8,900 residents
  • 27,100 jobs
  • 5.6 million annual visitors
  • 1,116 hotel beds
  • £1.9 bn capital investment
  • £502 million social value generated (through work, health and wellbeing, apprenticeships and volunteering)

Titanic Quarter has the flexibility to evolve to reflect the needs of society and investors.  If you have a viable development project in mind, speak to us about making it happen in one of Europe’s most exciting and animated locations.

Our future projects include…

The Loft Lines

The Loft Lines is a new urban community being built on Queen’s Island, in the heart of Titanic Quarter, Belfast. Inspired by the shipyard’s loftsmen who once planned out the life-sized plate patterns of ships on the enormous black floor, The Loft Lines is a place where lifestyle is scaled up. Construction has started on site.

Hamilton Dock Hotel

A six storey building with 135 hotel beds and 93 aparthotel beds directly south of Titanic Belfast. It will also have a restaurant/café and bar, gym, landscaped public realm, car and cycle parking. Designed by RMI Architects for JMK Group. Construction has started on site.

Location
Olympic Way, Titanic Quarter, Belfast, BT3
