Titanic Quarter Named Finalist in Belfast Chamber Business Awards 2026 🏆

We’re delighted to announce that Titanic Quarter has been named a finalist in the Excellence in Sustainability category at the Belfast Chamber Business Awards 2026. 🌱

The recognition reflects Titanic Quarter’s long-term commitment to creating a thriving, connected and sustainable urban district, with sustainability embedded across the development and ongoing management of the estate.

Our approach extends beyond sustainable buildings, encompassing renewable energy, energy efficiency, responsible resource management, waste reduction, active and sustainable travel, technology and investment in high-quality public realm. 🌿

This includes internationally recognised sustainable building standards, a transition to 100% renewable electricity, significant reductions in energy consumption and general waste, investment in cycling infrastructure 🚲 and initiatives designed to make lower-carbon travel choices easier for those who Live, Work, Visit and Stay in Titanic Quarter.

The Excellence in Sustainability Award recognises organisations demonstrating leadership in sustainability, environmental responsibility and positive change, supported by measurable environmental improvements.

Being selected as a finalist is an important recognition of Titanic Quarter’s ongoing sustainability journey and our ambition to demonstrate how development, infrastructure, technology, partnership and innovation can work together to create a more sustainable urban neighbourhood. 💚
