First and deputy First Ministers Visit Loftlines at Titanic Quarter
23 September 2026
Titanic Quarter was delighted to welcome First Minister Michelle O’Neill and deputy First Minister Emma Little-Pengelly to Loftlines, marking the completion of the landmark £190 million residential development on Belfast’s waterfront.
The visit provided an opportunity to showcase the transformation of the site and the significant contribution Loftlines is making to the continued regeneration of Titanic Quarter and the wider Belfast waterfront.
Delivering 778 new homes, Loftlines has created a new mixed-tenure residential community at the heart of Titanic Quarter, alongside extensive new public realm, green spaces and amenities designed for residents and the wider community.
The development includes Build to Rent homes alongside new social and affordable housing, helping to bring a diverse new residential community to an area already established as a leading destination to live, work, visit and stay.
The First and deputy First Ministers were given an opportunity to see the development first-hand and hear more about the collaboration and investment that has brought the ambitious scheme to life.
Loftlines also forms an important part of Titanic Quarter’s wider vision for a vibrant, connected and sustainable waterfront neighbourhood. New public spaces surrounding the development, including landscaped areas, waterside connections and South Yard Square, are helping to create places for residents, workers and visitors to meet, relax and enjoy.
The completion of Loftlines represents another significant milestone in Titanic Quarter’s evolution, bringing hundreds of new homes, a growing residential community and further investment to this part of Belfast.
Titanic Quarter would like to thank everyone involved in the delivery of Loftlines and in welcoming the First and deputy First Ministers to the development.
