New Belfast Waterfront Promenade Resource Goes Live

21 September 2026

A new online resource dedicated to the Belfast Waterfront Promenade has officially launched, bringing together the vision and ambition for the future of Belfast’s waterfront.

Developed by Maritime Belfast Trust, the new Belfast Waterfront Promenade platform provides a central resource where people can explore the Waterfront Promenade Framework, discover projects taking place along the River Lagan and learn more about the collaborative work underway to create a more connected, accessible and vibrant waterfront.

The Belfast Waterfront Promenade is a long-term vision to better connect communities, destinations and public spaces along both sides of the River Lagan, enhancing access to the water’s edge and creating welcoming places for residents, workers and visitors to enjoy.

Titanic Quarter is proud to be part of the Waterfront Task Group, working alongside Maritime Belfast Trust and partners from across the city to help support this shared vision and contribute to the continued regeneration of Belfast’s waterfront.

The new platform showcases the wider ambition for the waterfront, alongside guidance, projects and resources designed to support its development in the years ahead.
