First Residents Set To Move into Landmark Loftlines Development at Titanic Quarter

A significant milestone has been reached at Titanic Quarter as Loftlines has officially reached practical completion, due to welcome its first residents to Belfast’s newest waterfront neighbourhood.

Delivered by Watkin Jones Group on behalf of L&G, in partnership with Lacuna Developments and with GRAHAM as main contractor, Loftlines is Northern Ireland’s first large-scale Build-to-Rent development and the largest residential scheme completed in Belfast in recent years.

Located on Queen’s Island, the development comprises 627 professionally managed rental homes, offering a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Residents also benefit from a wide range of premium amenities, including co-working spaces, private dining rooms, a gym, yoga studio, games room, rooftop terraces, landscaped courtyards and children’s play areas.

The completion of Loftlines marks another important chapter in the continued regeneration of Titanic Quarter, supporting Belfast’s growing demand for high-quality city living while creating a vibrant new community along the Maritime Mile.
