As part of Sundays on the Maritime Mile, W5’s Learning and Engagement Team invites families to discover the fascinating links between Belfast’s rich maritime heritage and the future of space exploration.

Drop in throughout the afternoon to enjoy hands-on activities including plotting a route from Belfast Harbour to the Moon, launching rockets, piloting robotic explorers and experimenting with communication systems. It’s a fun, interactive experience that shows how the skills and technologies behind shipbuilding and navigation continue to shape innovation today.
