AVA Returns To Titanic Slipways With A Huge Lineup Featuring Underworld, Overmono, Ewan McVicar, KI/KI, Job Jobse, VTSS, KI/KI plus a new Arts Programme, including Storytelling, Workshops, Music Tours & More – As They Move Into Their Second Decade As Ireland’s Leading Electronic Music & Arts Festival

AVA Belfast is a celebration of music, audio-visual arts, culture & community, located in the heart of Belfast. In 2024, AVA passed a special milestone as they celebrated 10 years, hosting over 10,000 guests with more than 70 local and international artists and hundreds of local creatives. Community is at the core of AVA’s values, which is more important today than ever. AVA uses its platform to unite audiences, artists and friends from around the globe. Taking place 30th – 31st of May 2025 at the Titanic Slipways, AVA enters a new era of innovation for 2025.

LINE-UP
For its 11th edition, AVA Festival welcomes Underworld as festival headliners. The iconic electronic duo is synonymous with UK rave culture and responsible for the timeless anthem ‘Born Slippy’ which celebrates 30 years this summer. After the release of their new album Strawberry Hotel Underworld are primed to ignite Belfast with their legendary live energy and rave roots.

Overmono, the British brothers redefining late-night rave sonics also top the bill. Known for their masterful blend of techno, breakbeats, and enchanting atmospheres, the duo return to Belfast to deliver a huge headline performance. From their early days as solo producers Tessela and Truss to becoming global favourites, their boundary-pushing sounds are perfectly placed at AVA 2025.

Ewan McVicar, the Scottish house and techno powerhouse who shot to fame with the chart-smashing ‘Tell Me Something Good’, will bring his infectious energy to light up AVA.

VTSS will make her AVA debut for a pulsating techno masterclass. KI/KI returns to transport the crowd with her seamless fusion of acid, trance, and techno, blending futurism with nostalgia. Global sensation DJ Fuckoff also makes her AVA debut, delivering her signature bass-driven sound.

Italian duo 999999999 will push bpms to the limit with their blend of industrial techno, while Irish tastemaker Tommy Holohan and rising star DART bring bone-rattling beats that showcase Ireland’s thriving rave scene. Sam Alfred also returns with his groovy, euphoric beats after a standout Boiler Room set last year. Berghain regular Bashkka joins with a record box brimming with house and tribal gems, while Spray promises a mind-bending live session presenting his Spriitzz project live, blending wigged-out prog with floor-filling grooves.

AVA also welcomes a unique debut from Tokyo’s Minna-no-kimochi (みんなのきもち), a post-trance collective known for their unforgettable Boiler Room sets.

AVA’s 2025 lineup is a nod to its heritage as a pioneering electronic music event while supporting a new generation of breakthrough names and looking towards the next chapter & future of the festival. In addition to the music programme, AVA will bring an arts-focused programme that delivers storytelling, music tours of the city, installations, and workshops at the festival.
