Olympic House Construction on Target!

Construction work to create 150,000 sq ft of new Grade ‘A’ offices in Belfast’s Titanic Quarter took a significant step forward following the completion of its basement slab pour, as the developers continue to build back greener and stronger.

Titanic Quarter and Belfast Harbour are co-promoting Olympic Hosue, which on completion will facilitate 1,500 jobs in a modern, efficient and sustainable working environment. 

The construction team from local contractor O’Hare and McGovern is working towards the next milestone of the ground floor slab pour and the creation of a weathertight basement to allow the frame construction to commence. The building will offer bicycle storage and shower facilities for the modern, healthy workforce.

The development occupies a prominent position within Belfast Harbour Estate, located in Belfast’s iconic Titanic Quarter alongside a diverse portfolio of neighbours including Belfast Metropolitan College, Citi Group, the Public Record Office of Northern Ireland (PRONI), Catalyst, and the area’s leading tourist attraction, Titanic Belfast. 

Construction is on target to be completed Q4 2021.
