Retail And Leisure

With  over one million visitors annually and 18,000 people living, working and studying in Titanic Quarter daily, retail and leisure opportunities form an important element of the scheme.

Units totalling 30,000 sq ft ranging from 750 to 7,000 sq ft at the ARC residential development, located between the Odyssey and Titanic Belfast, are currently available to let.

MACE opened it's first convenience store in Titanic Quarter at the ARC in April 2013.  The owners recently announced a £700,000 expansion to a larger retail unit in Titanic Quarter in 2017 and move to the Spar brand.

Additional outline planning permission exists for a range of local services, restaurants, retail outlets, fitness clubs and leisure pursuits.
